IGC appoints senior experienced executive, construction personnel that have proven ability on many similar projects they have completed. They are multi-lingual and coordinate with contractors and owner.

Planning and Scheduling
IGC provides complete services which either fully integrates with clients master schedule or aim to complete sections planned fully by IGC to client target dates.
Cost Control
To minimize expenditures and to complete the work within the predetermined budget, thorough analysis and effective control system are applied throughout the construction period.
Material Control
IGC provide a highly organized and flexible system which fully integrates with the client’s or other contractor’s systems. IGC management places heavy emphasis on this.
Quality Control
Systematic quality assurance program, which has been described before, will be applied on all projects in order to control and maintain the highest possible quality of the work through out the construction.
Construction Resource Control
In order to keep site work on schedule, complete manpower and construction equipment are mobilized.
For economical utilization and effective operation, a close control system introduced into site operation.
Field Engineering
Each significant area of work has an allocated field engineer to control all the activities in his area and is responsible for achieving planned schedule as well as IGC’s productivity targets.
Administration
IGC provide site purchasing, accounting, cost control and other necessary services.
Safety
IGC provides a safety program for each project taking into consideration the environmental conditions and nature of the project, all of which helps site management to minimize site accidents.
